Retail Graduate Programme (UK):
Our management trainee programme provides you with autonomy, a challenge and gives you the opportunity to run your own store. You will spend the first year in one of our top performing stores as an assistant store manager and in the second year you will manage your own store. During the programme you will also spend time with our Commercial team, get involved in project work at head office and gain an insight into what our Community Trade team do. Beyond the programme, there a number of opportunities available from managing a store internationally to moving into a commercial role. We will support you with training, on the job learning, progress reviews and support from senior management.We want graduates passionate about beauty, retail and management. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) and a minimum 2:1 degree in any degree discipline is required. You should be flexible about location across the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
